Kieya Mathes

Recreational Class Coach

Coach Kieya Mathes has been coaching preschool and recreational gymnastics classes at Spirit Gymnastics for the past three years. She holds certifications in CPR and First Aid, as well as SafeSport and USAG membership, ensuring that the safety and well-being of her athletes is always her top priority. Kieya's favorite thing about Spirit Gymnastics is the strong sense of community. She loves that the gym feels like family, where everyone is welcome, and friendships thrive. Outside of gymnastics, Kieya has a unique background in agriculture. She has been involved in FFA (Future Farmers of America) since sixth grade, showing animals from bunnies to pigs, and even serving as FFA President in high school. Looking ahead, Kieya plans to major in either Agricultural Science or Child Education, combining her passion for both fields.
